The Veterans Collective is a joint effort between U.S.VETS, Century Housing, Thomas Safran & Associates, with support from the 1887 Fund, to transform the West Los Angeles VA Campus into the largest supportive housing community for homeless and at-risk veterans, and their families.

Each year, there are about 40,000 homeless Veterans living on America’s streets. Nearly 4,000 of them are in Los Angeles County, alone. That number is expected to grow now that the U S. has pulled out of Afghanistan after 20 years of combat where more than 800,000 soldiers served.

The Veterans Collective is deeply committed to the successful transition of homeless veterans and their families through the provision of service-enriched housing that promotes recovery, wellness and job placement to help them build a more hopeful future.
