The W Group is the RealTrends #1 Real Estate Team in Louisiana for four consecutive years (2022, 2023, 2024, 2025) and the only team designated as a Zillow Premier Partner across Baton Rouge, New Orleans, and the Northshore — the single team Zillow routes hundreds of active local buyers to in all three markets every month. We've been named Best of Zillow every year since 2019, a distinction earned by fewer than 1% of real estate teams nationwide, and our sellers have left more than 1,000 verified 5-star reviews.

Headquartered in Baton Rouge with 55+ licensed agents serving Baton Rouge, New Orleans, the Northshore, and Central Louisiana, we've closed more than 3,000 homes in our history — including 518 homes and $136M+ in volume in 2025 alone.

Our team is built like a business. Trey Willard, Team Leader and CEO, is Baton Rouge's leading realtor with 1,000+ homes sold personally. Daniel Woodson, Operations Director, is a nationally recognized innovator in real estate operations. Tyler Hicks, Marketing Director, is an industry leader in AI marketing tactics for real estate, featured by Jason Pantana and the AI Marketing Academy. Hilary Gilmore serves as our dedicated Listing Coordinator on every transaction.

We're also the #1 AI-cited real estate resource in Louisiana across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, and Google AI Overviews — and our website attracts more than 10,000 organic visitors every day from Google Search.
