Will Wait is a proud Badger and UW–Madison graduate, currently serving as the Director of Development at the Wisconsin Foundation and Alumni Association. They have extensive experience in marketing and management, having held positions such as Marketing Manager at Lands' End and Integrated Marketing Manager at American Family Insurance. Will has also been a store owner and investor at Red Wing Shoe Co. since 2015. With a commitment to enhancing the university's impact on Wisconsin and beyond, they actively engage with alumni, donors, and friends to promote the institution’s excellence.
