Jonathan Wright

MD, International at The Wall Street Journal

Jonathan Wright is the current MD, International at The Wall Street Journal. Prior to this, they worked as the Global Managing Director at Dow Jones from September 2010 to August 2021. In this role, they were responsible for working across all business units and product lines across Dow Jones and galvanizing leadership and management teams to accelerate growth around the globe. Before Dow Jones, Jonathan worked as the Group Online Sales Director at Euromoney Institutional Investor from January 2003 to September 2010 where they were responsible for the online network sales strategy, training and implementation across Euromoney Institutional Investor in Americas, Europe and Asia. Prior to that, they worked as the Advertising Manager at Thomson Financial from January 2001 to January 2003 for the European Venture Capital Journal and Acquisitions Monthly.

Jonathan Wright went to Bangor University and then to Cranleigh School.

Jonathan Wright reports to William Lewis, CEO & Publisher. They are on a team with Frank Filippo - EVP, Print Products & Services, Christina Van Tassell - CFO, and Edward Roussel - Chief Innovation Officer.
