Lucy Bridge is an unshakeable optimist dedicated to embedding person-centred practices into organisations. With 15 years of experience in HR across various sectors, Lucy has successfully managed complex employee relations cases and developed talent acquisition processes. At Pobl Group, Lucy served as an HR Adviser, where they reduced employee relations cases and managed high-risk situations. They also held multiple roles at Mirus, being promoted three times while implementing effective HR and retention strategies. Currently, Lucy is a Strategic People Lead at The Wallich, where they continue to drive inclusive HR practices.
