Dylan Thompson

Dylan Thompson is a seasoned professional in sports management, currently serving as the Senior Director of Team Support and Advancement for the Washington Commanders since June 2024. Prior to this role, Dylan held the position of Director of Team Development with the Houston Texans from February 2021 to June 2024 and worked as a Character Coach/Team Development at the Detroit Lions from March 2018 to January 2021. Dylan earned a Bachelor's degree in Sport & Entertainment Management from the University of South Carolina, completing the program in August 2014.
