Lance Duvall

Lance Duvall serves as the Production Supervisor for the Communications Department at The City of Frederick, a position held since December 2010. In addition to this role, Lance is a Lead Video Producer for Channel 99 and has contributed as a PT Video Technician in the AV Department. Since June 2019, Lance has operated as a Freelance Director and Camera Operator for Antietam Broadband, focusing on high school sports broadcasts. Additionally, Lance has been a Camera Operator for the Washington Commanders' video productions since July 2009. Involvement in the Frederick County Career and Technical Education Advisory Council as a Council Member for Audio Visual allows Lance to bridge communication between educational institutions and local businesses. Previous experience includes serving as an Adjunct Instructor in Digital Media Design at Frederick Community College, working on the video productions team for the University of Maryland, and operating cameras for the Baltimore Orioles and Fairfax Sports Network. Lance holds a Bachelor of Science in Electronic Media and Film from Towson University and an Associate of Arts in Digital Media Design from Frederick Community College.
