The Waterfront Development Company is the master developer of Allentown’s riverfront, responsible for the long-term vision, planning, and execution of one of the Lehigh Valley’s most significant mixed-use redevelopment projects.

We are transforming a former industrial site into a vibrant, connected waterfront district that blends residential, office, retail, hospitality, and public spaces. Our work is rooted in respect for Allentown’s industrial heritage while building a place designed for round-the-clock activity and long-term economic impact.

This is not a single project. It’s a generational investment in place.
