Nick Wratten is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in various sectors, including health sciences, jewellery, and recruitment. Currently serving as Associate Director at Ernst & Young, Nick leads the UK&I Health Sciences and Wellness sector for Mid-Market private equity-backed businesses, focusing on value creation and executive collaboration. Previous roles include Director at Hancocks London, where the legacy of one of the oldest jewellery houses was upheld, and a Diamond & Antique Jewellery Specialist at Sotheby's, excelling in business development and client relationships across international markets. Nick has also held positions as a Senior Consultant at Ambridge Harris Associates and Director at Norman Broadbent Group, showcasing expertise in executive search and leadership consulting. As the founder of W Diamond Design, Nick specialized in bespoke jewellery design, informed by a solid foundation in gemmology.
