Archie Dalton

Archie Dalton is a professional with a diverse background in customer service, business development, event management, and environmental care. Currently serving as Surf Tech at The Wave since April 2025, Archie supports visitors by providing comprehensive briefings and managing surf equipment to ensure a positive on-water experience. Previously, as Business Development Manager at Olio from September 2021 to February 2025, Archie led innovative initiatives to reduce food waste in the hospitality sector. Prior experience includes roles as Event Sales Executive and Junior Account Executive, emphasizing effective event management and garden maintenance, respectively. Archie holds a degree in Geography and Environmental Management from the University of the West of England, attained between 2013 and 2017.
