Founded by Melani De Sousa, Mental Health Ambassador and Lived Experience Speaker who suffered and overcame five mental illnesses across two decades, The Wellness Workshop is driven by a passion to improve workplace and individual wellbeing across Australia with interactive, enjoyable and people-led wellbeing solutions that get your team talking and acting.

Our team put you and your people at the heart of each program, taking the time to understand and connect with you, while identifying the key barriers to greater productivity, high performance and positive mental health.

We make wellbeing enjoyable and relatable...removing the stigma from sometimes difficult conversations with stories of lived experience interwoven with evidence-based tips and strategies.

Our workshops are second-to-none, with over 100 hours invested into creating each topic across individual and organisational wellbeing with beautifully designed presentations, eye-catching learning materials, interactive activities and facilitators who are highly trained, passionate and experienced in engaging your employees.

Don't leave employee wellbeing to just anyone...engage Australia's most trusted and passionate workplace wellbeing provider and witness the difference in your people.
