Founded in January 2025, The Wizard Nexus LLC is a woman-led, Veteran-founded, clinically led technology company building ethics-first artificial intelligence systems for mental health, public safety, and national security. Powered by PreCrisis AI, we help institutions optimize performance, detect emerging risk, prevent crises, and bring the right people in earlier.

Our human-centered decision-support systems surface early warning signals, provide contextualized insight, and support human decision-makers within ethical, clinical, and legal guardrails. We serve government, defense and intelligence organizations, healthcare and mental health providers, public-safety entities, schools, businesses, and community partners.

Services include behavioral health strategy, program development and impact evaluation, policy and procedure design, early-warning analytics, suicide prevention, crisis intervention, white-label PreCrisis deployments, private AI infrastructure, AI governance, and cybersecurity strategy. Our team combines clinical expertise, military leadership, federal systems experience, and deep technical capability to build measurable, culturally informed solutions for high-trust environments.
