The Woape Foundation was founded in 2011 as a 501(c)3 organization whose missions is to come to the aid of Native American children who are pursuing a brighter future for themselves and for their nation. Since our founding, we have raised over $20,000 and established a S.T.E.M. program at the Red Cloud Indian School in partnership with the Toyota USA Foundation.

Our S.T.E.M. program incorporates hands-on learning in a newly constructed greenhouse, in-class activities with new technology such as iPads and other digital materials, and lessons in nutrition and ecology. This interdisciplinary approach has led to an increase in college admissions of S.T.E.M. fields for children from the Pine Ridge Reservation, and we look forward to a new decade of advancement as we approach our 10 year anniversary.
