The Wolf Practice provides Supply Chain intelligence based on a strong foundation of knowledge, coupled with a long history of on-field expertise in blue chip corporations. Not only does Wolf specialise in Supply Chain innovation, but also in creating a whole Supply Chain infrastructure from the grounds up for new businesses, by strategising, building and implementing it. Wolf’s ethos is delivering intelligence in an educational way, thus teaching businesses to become self-reliant.
As such, through the Leonardo® method, you can enjoy an experience of intelligence if your aim is to develop a multimillion Supply Chain, by accessing four different services:
- One-off;
- On-demand (licencing fee);
- Project basis;
- Check and fix (how to improve a dysfunctional Supply Chain).
Compared to mainstream players, Wolf offers intimacy and personalisation, is easy to do business with, and provides a variety of services with a truly client-centric approach.
We don’t have an off-the-shelf solution, we have the capability to build together one that works for your needs, because we are a “wholistic” business where people and respect are central and where the style of delivery is a blend of intelligence, insights, processes and human connections.
Typical services include Lectures, Workshops, Short-term strategic direction projects, Blitz interventions (Kaizen), Diagnostics, Recruitment Support, Coaching and Development. We focus on Supply Chain and specialised in Pharma/Med-Tech, with experience in retail/FMCG too.
