The Workshop Lab 
We specialise in employee training and development solutions for Australian companies in the form of engaging and educational workshops. Our overall objective is to assist companies to drive productivity, improve workplace culture and ultimately build better workplaces. 

Our learning philosophy is designed around engagement and education to inspire teams to ignite effective behavioural change. In order to achieve real change across an organisation people must work together as a collective, tight-knit group. This is why interactive workshops are still one of the most effective approaches to positive change. 

What makes us different? The workshops are short, intensive learning sessions designed specifically for adult learning in the workplace. We incorporate up-to-date knowledge and thinking; we engage teaching techniques that are interactive & interesting; and we believe in using great visual design to enhance the overall learning experience.

The Workshop Lab is built on a strong foundation of organisational as we work in close partnership with leading Employee Assistance Program (EAP) providers to ensure a seamless flow through of professional support.
