Ronan Galligan

Ronan Galligan's work experience includes serving as the Director of HR and Risk at Michael JF Wright Hospitality Group since December 2015. Ronan also worked as a part-time Postgraduate Student at Trinity College Dublin from September 2015. Prior to that, they were employed at An Garda Síochána, where they held various positions including Superintendent from June 2009 to February 2012, Inspector from June 2002 to June 2009, and Detective Sergeant from September 1995 to June 2002. Ronan initially started their career at An Garda Síochána as a Detective Garda in November 1989 and held several roles as a Garda from 1984 to 1989.

Ronan Galligan has a diverse education history. In 2004, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) Honours degree in Police Management from Garda College. Ronan then pursued further education and earned a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Security and Risk Management from the University of Leicester between 2010 and 2012. In 2015, they attended Trinity College Dublin for a Post Graduate degree in Conflict and dispute resolution studies, completing the program in 2016. Continuing their education, they pursued a Post Graduate Diploma (level 9) in HRM at IPA from 2016 to 2017.
