The core business of The Wyoming Reserve is the third-party vaulting, transporting, buying and selling of precious metals held as inventory in a high-security, precious metals-focused vault facility in Casper, Wyoming.

The Wyoming Reserve provides investors with an avenue beyond physical ownership of gold and silver or precious metals exchange-traded funds to access the asset class while also being structured to capitalize on two distinct tax advantages:

QUALIFIED SMALL BUSINESS STOCK (QSBS)

Non-corporate investors that hold QSBS for more than 5 years are permitted to exclude from taxable income all or a portion of any gain up to $10 million subsequently recognized upon a sale or exchange of such stock.

QUALIFIED OPPORTUNITY FUND (QOF)

An investor who has triggered capital gains by selling an asset and invests their gains into a QOF can receive temporary deferral of federal income tax on capital gains through the 2026 tax year.
