The YOU Power Project is a Canadian social enterprise reimagining education through youth entrepreneurship, experiential learning, and human-centred skill development.

We empower young people ages 10–18+ to uncover their strengths, develop real-world competencies, and create meaningful impact through purpose-driven projects and ventures rooted in entrepreneurial mindset and triple bottom line thinking.

Our work sits at the intersection of education innovation, workforce readiness, leadership development, and systems transformation. Through programs such as Student Ventures™ and Passion to Purpose™, students build confidence, creativity, communication, resilience, financial literacy, problem-solving, and adaptability — the competencies increasingly recognized as essential for the future of work and life.

To date, The YOU Power Project has collaborated with municipalities, schools, nonprofits, economic development organizations, and families across Canada. Across multiple cohorts, a significant percentage of participating youth have launched operational ventures, community initiatives, or passion projects while strengthening agency, self-efficacy, and leadership capacity.

As countries around the world transition toward Competency-Based Education (CBE) frameworks, our work is increasingly being recognized as a practical and scalable model for bringing these competencies to life through entrepreneurial mindset, social innovation, and applied learning experiences.

Our evolving systems-level work focuses on supporting teachers, aligning learning frameworks, and leveraging technology to help measure human transformation itself — including growth in confidence, capability, initiative, and contribution.

We believe education must evolve beyond preparing students for predictable pathways that no longer exist.

Young people deserve learning experiences that are relevant, empowering, future-focused, and deeply connected to real-world contribution.
