Mark Haller

Mark Haller has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Mark started their career as a Network Systems Specialist at the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1993 and later worked as a Unix Systems Analyst contractor at IBM in 1998. From 1999 to 2002, they served as a Lead Programmer at Applied Theory. In 2002, Mark worked as a Software Programmer at Round Rock ISD before joining AISD in the same role, where they designed and implemented enterprise web applications using Java and PL/SQL.

Mark then worked as a Software Development Technical Lead at Escalation Point from 2012 to 2014, leading a team of Java developers and consistently exceeding expectations. Mark continued their work as a Senior Tech Lead at Visible Health from 2014 to 2016, where they also took on additional responsibilities as an architect and implementer of backend solutions.

Currently, Mark is employed at The Zebra since 2016, starting as a Senior Software Engineer and progressing to the role of Senior Staff Software Engineer. As of 2021, they hold the position of Principal Engineer at The Zebra.

Mark Haller attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 1990 to 1997, majoring in Chemistry.
