Tracy Li

Tracy Li is a seasoned finance executive specializing in M&A within the insurtech sector, currently serving as SVP and Head of Finance at The Zebra. Tracy previously held leadership roles at Kin Insurance, where they secured over $250 million in financing and modernized financial reporting systems, and served as Director of Strategy at CNA Insurance. With a foundation in investment banking from J.P. Morgan and Houlihan Lokey, Tracy has extensive experience collaborating with C-suite executives and leading cross-functional teams to drive strategic growth. Tracy earned an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and is currently pursuing a BBA from the City University of New York-Baruch College.
