Our mission is simple: to raise the standard of modern living by creating developments that are better for residents and the planet.

Founded by Robert Hodge following the award-winning success of The Zero London, the company brings proven expertise in eco-conscious development to Southeast Asia — combining intelligent design, environmental responsibility, and premium lifestyle experiences.

Our flagship development, The Zero Bang Tao, sets a new benchmark in Phuket. Integrating solar energy, rainwater harvesting, and energy-efficient materials into every aspect of the build.

Each project is designed to deliver:

- Sustainable, future-focused living
- Boutique, low-density residences
- World-class amenities and hotel-style services
- Strong investment performance through managed rental programmes

With a focus on quality, detail, and long-term value, The Zero Phuket combines British construction standards with the lifestyle appeal of tropical living, creating properties that are as desirable to live in as they are to invest in.
