The10 is a mix use integrated project, developed by Green Technopark Ltd on a 22,946 sq m (5.44 Arpents) plot of land (Plot No. 10) at the Cote d’Or Technopole Smart City Certificate.

The new normal design concept is the underlying factor behind the design for this mixed used project, comprising of 2 Nos. Office Towers and 2 Nos. Home Office Small Office (HOSO) Apartment blocks. It resides in providing an integrated urban development, aiming to strike the right balance between the various components of the project and sustainably improving the quality of life of its residents & users - a place to work, live and play.

Given the site characteristics & its surroundings, the office zone is strategically located at the south end of the plot, with street frontages on 3 sides and high visibility from the two main roads A & B and the round-about. It is also on the highest part of the plot and set out on a natural plateau with direct access at that level. The towers are designed and positioned such as to create a protective barrier against the prevailing winds.
It naturally follows that the ‘residential’ zone in the remotest area, away from the busy round-about. Set on the lower natural plateau, in the more sheltered area of the plot, it offers the possibility of a more densely landscaped garden, providing a greener, natural and inviting setting for the residents. And from the upper floors of the apartment blocks, residents will have some exceptional views over the Moka mountain range to the North West of the island .

The10 resides is centrally located in the Cote d’Or Technopole, in the Cote d’Or Smart City, with major access roads from Reduit next to C-Care hospital and the motor way / Ebene CyberCity, passing next to the Tribeca Central Smart City/ Shopping Centre,
