AI is not the enemy. Ungoverned AI is.

TheAIAudit is a patent-pending AI governance platform that turns 1,000+ technical AI metrics into one number any executive can read - the AI Health Score.

Every number traces back to its source metric. Boards get evidence they can defend. Insurers get the underwriting data they need to price the risk. Regulators get audit-ready documentation. Executives get one score, with sourced math underneath.

Insurance carriers are filing AI exclusions. Boards are tripling AI oversight in proxy filings. Ninety-seven percent of companies that experienced an AI breach had no governance controls in place. The measurement layer connecting boards, insurers, and regulators doesn’t exist - until now.

• Governs the complete AI portfolio - Traditional AI, GenAI, agentic AI, and Vendor AI - not just the latest category on the cover of a magazine.
• Built for C-Suite. The framework speaks the language of finance, risk, and governance - not technical drift scores.
• Patented methodology with 20 claims across system, method, and software.
• Live working prototype at theaiaudit.com.

WHO IT’S FOR
Mid-market and enterprise companies with board-level attention on AI governance. CAIOs, CISOs, Heads of AI Governance, CFOs, General Counsels, and the directors who answer to them. Insurance carriers building AI underwriting frameworks. Investors backing the AI governance infrastructure layer.
