Theatr began with a simple act of generosity: strangers passing on free Broadway tickets to strangers on Instagram because they couldn't make the show.

What started as @stooping_theatre — a scrappy Instagram account — now turned into a community-powered ticket marketplace.

All tickets are resold at the original price paid or less, because we believe that access is important. That's how we open doors for one another. That's how the community shows up.
