Theaus Carbon Inc. is an Alberta-based carbon development, technology, and infrastructure company.

We will bring resource owners worldwide into the energy transition, starting in Alberta, which has one of the world’s largest resource bases and the expertise to lead it. What has been missing is the infrastructure to turn those resources into verified carbon assets and connect them to the markets that need them. Theaus Carbon is that infrastructure.

We operate a digital pipeline for the energy transition; from asset to verified outcome to value back:
• Design. Methodologies and pathways tied to real assets and operating contexts.
• Verify. Independent, ISO-aligned, institutional-grade assurance.
• Market. Digitized, verified carbon assets connected to carbon and capital markets.
• Allocate. Value directed back to Indigenous and the transition.

Theaus Carbon operates through two subsidiaries, each a distinct pathway:
• Theaus CH4 Inc.: methane abatement tied to marginal and inactive gas wells.
• Theaus Global Inc.: sequestered oil, with a permanent commitment never to extract.

Indigenous participation is foundational to everything we build, in alliance with NorthernNations Cooperative. We design within Canadian and applicable regulatory frameworks and connect verified outcomes to global buyers — corporates, AI and data-center operators, airlines, and energy firms — and to the investors and market participants seeking differentiated, high-integrity supply.

Built in Alberta. Built for Canada. Available globally.
