Mi Tong

Mi Tong has a wealth of experience in the quality assurance field. From 2023 to 2021, Mi Tong worked as a QA Engineer at BACH. From 2021 to 2013, Mi Tong worked as a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst at Nifty's, where they created test plans, test scenarios, and test cases based on requirements, defined test strategies, and defined affected areas for each new feature. From 2013 to 2013, Mi Tong worked at FPT Software as a Senior Business Analyst and Quality Assurance Test Lead. As a Senior Business Analyst, Mi Tong was responsible for defining and documenting customer business logic requirements and processes, designing mockups, workflows, and flowcharts, and acting as a bridge between development, test teams, and customers. As a Quality Assurance Test Lead, Mi Tong supervised and assigned tasks to up to 20 members, defined the testing plan, scope, and affected areas required in each release through the testing process, and ensured that the final product satisfied the requirements and met user's expectations. Finally, from 2013 to 2013, Mi Tong worked as a Mobile Quality Assurance Analyst at DeNA, where they designed and created test cases, executed test cases, found and reported bugs occurring in wireless applications, verified bugs, complied with a testing procedure software application on a series of different portable devices, reported to the Leader of Quality Assurance Staff, tested various applications in comparison with network provider's standards, and worked with other team members to ensure that the testing procedure was conducted in the right procedure and in the fastest way.

Mi Tong attended Hanoi University of Science and Technology from 2008 to 2013, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts - BA.
