Paul Oomen is a strategic advisor in real estate at Thebe, a position held since 2021. Previously, Oomen served as a corporate real estate manager and project leader at Dichterbij from 2009 to 2018, and worked as a manager of real estate, facility, and hospitality services at Thebe between 2017 and 2021. Earlier in their career, Oomen was involved in strategic real estate project management at Woonzorg Nederland from 2002 to 2003. Oomen is currently pursuing a degree in Architecture at the Eindhoven University of Technology, having previously earned a Master’s degree in Corporate Real Estate Management from the University of Amsterdam.
