Michelle D. has extensive experience in marketing and strategic planning across various prominent organizations. From 2010 to 2014, Michelle worked as a Strategic Planning Assistant at Turner Broadcasting, followed by a role as a Senior Brand Marketing Coordinator at Jack Morton Worldwide in 2014. Michelle contributed to social media marketing at Viacom, specifically for MTV, MTV2, and LOGO from 2014 to 2016, and served as a Digital Marketing Manager at Influenster from 2016 to 2017. Since 2016, Michelle has been the Founder and Chief Visionary of theBOM, a curated shopping platform for Black-Owned brands, and currently holds the position of Founder and CEO at Nudge, starting in 2023. Michelle earned a BA in Communications with a Minor in Economics from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst in 2016.
