TheClusterfix is a nonprofit addressing a simple problem with real consequences: veterans’ benefits are too complex to navigate forcing many to abandon the process entirely.

Even veterans who value the VA often struggle with unclear eligibility, fragmented information, and processes that require time and persistence many people do not have. The result is delayed care, missed benefits, and unnecessary frustration.

We exist to reduce that friction.

Using modern, adaptable AI technology, TheClusterfix translates complexity into clear steps, practical tools, and straightforward guidance that help veterans and their families move forward with confidence. We are not replacing existing systems. We are making them easier to understand and use.

TheClusterfix is currently in its formation phase, building the governance and infrastructure required to scale responsibly and serve veterans well over the long term.

Clarity should not be a barrier to support. We are building toward that standard.
