Ben Ferguson

Ben Ferguson has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Ben began their career as an Intern at KCM Asset Management in 2005. In the same year, they joined Personnel Placements, LLC as President and successfully led the company through a challenging recession, achieving over 400% organic revenue growth. Ben implemented new database software and paperless record keeping, receiving recognition for their work.

In 2002, Ben worked as a Sales Representative at Pentair Tool and Equipment. Ben developed strong executive relationships and increased sales by 20% while managing business services for client accounts and creating marketing media.

In 2014, Ben became a Co-founder and CEO of theCO, an organization dedicated to fostering collaboration and innovation among entrepreneurs and creatives in West Tennessee. TheCO's state-of-the-art facility provides the resources necessary for driving innovation and creative thinking in the community.

Ben Ferguson earned a BS in Business Administration from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, from 1997 to 2001. Prior to that, they attended the University School of Jackson from 1993 to 1997. Later on, in 2004 to 2005, they pursued an MBA in Finance at Stetson University.
