Nick Friend

Nick Friend is an experienced sports journalist currently working at The Cricketer since May 2019. Prior to this role, contributions were made as a sports journalist at CNN from February to May 2019 and as a freelance sportswriter for various publications including The i Paper, The Independent, and The Daily Mail from May 2018 to May 2019. Nick also worked at SportsPro Media, was the editor-in-chief of the Sports Gazette during a master's program at St Mary’s University, and interned with The i Paper. Previous experiences include serving as Sports Editor for Palatinate Newspaper and an assistant coach for Cricket Argentina. Nick holds a Master's degree in Sports Journalism from St Mary’s University and a Bachelor’s degree in Modern Languages from Durham University.
