Nikki Schettle

Nikki Schettle is an experienced professional in communications and dispatch management within the healthcare and law enforcement sectors. Currently serving as the Manager of the Communication Center at ThedaCare since May 2019, Nikki oversees switchboard operations, emergency medical codes, and security dispatch, while developing procedures that enhance customer service and safety in the healthcare environment. Prior experience includes a role as Dispatch Supervisor at UW Oshkosh Police Department from 2010 to 2019, where Nikki supervised diverse teams, conducted training, and managed compliance with Clery Act reporting. Early career roles in various police departments and as a real estate agent have enriched Nikki's skill set, supported by a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh and a Crime Analyst Certificate from Portland State University.
