John McVann

John McVann is a Senior Engineering Advisor at TEC, Inc. since March 2023, bringing extensive experience from a distinguished career at the Federal Highway Administration, where McVann served as Director of Project Delivery from June 1988 until July 2022. McVann holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Northeastern University, completed in 1986, and also studied at Salem State University from 1980 to 1983.
