Mitchell Keamy

Mitchell Keamy is the President and CEO of TEC, Inc., a consulting engineering firm based in Lawrence, Massachusetts, and Hampton, New Hampshire, focusing on strategic land planning, civil and site engineering, buildings, bridges, and transportation infrastructure since 2012. Previously, Mitchell served as Principal at TEC from 2002 to 2012 and was responsible for integrating design and construction management to enhance client project delivery. Additional experience includes leading structural teams at VHB, managing complex bridge projects for MassDOT and other agencies, and providing engineering services for international refinery plants at Badger, a division of Raytheon Corp. An educator, Mitchell was also an adjunct faculty member at UMass Lowell Online and Continuing Education, teaching Statics to engineering students from 1985 to 2020. Mitchell holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Civil Engineering, both with a focus on Structural Engineering, from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and the University of Massachusetts Lowell, respectively.
