Tom Quinlan

Tom Quinlan is a seasoned civil engineer with extensive experience in transportation infrastructure. Currently serving as Chief Engineer & QA/QC Coordinator at TEC, Inc. since February 2022, Tom has held significant roles including Senior Design Engineer at WorldTech Engineering LLC and Senior Project Engineer at both Hoyle, Tanner & Associates, Inc. and WorldTech Engineering LLC. Prior experience includes Senior Civil Engineer at Bayside Engineering Inc. and Project Engineer at C&C Consulting Engineers, LLC. Tom graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Merrimack College in 2005.
