Tony Porter has had an extensive career in various roles, from serving as a correctional officer in the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation to working as a combat medic in the United States Army and Army Reserve. In their most recent role as the Co-Founder & Managing Partner at Theery, Tony is responsible for business development and internal development of employees to maintain the brand's reputation in the high tech community. Prior to Theery, Tony held roles in talent operations at SignalFire, lead customer success specialist at SwoopTalent, and lead software recruiter at MoTek Technologies.
