Adam Ford currently serves as the Under 14’s and Under 13's Lead Coach at Wrexham AFC since November 2021. In addition, Adam holds the position of Lead IQA & SLT Team at Achieve More Training LTD, where responsibilities include assessment and strategic support in sport, fitness, and education qualifications. Adam is also a UEFA C Coach Developer with The Football Association, providing support for coaching development courses. Previous experiences include positions as Lead Sports Coach at Chester FC Community Trust, Youth Development Phase Academy Coach at Chester Football Club, and various roles in assessment and teaching across multiple organizations. Adam's coaching background encompasses extensive work with youth teams and player development, while also having a significant role in quality assurance and curriculum leadership in sports education. Adam has a foundational education background from West Cheshire College and The Whitby High School.
