Adrian Smith has extensive experience in sports education and coaching, currently serving as a Sport/Business tutor at SCL Education Group since March 2023 and as an FA Coach Developer and Mentor for The Football Association since October 2022. Previously, Adrian was the Lead Tutor for sports coach UK from May 2014 to March 2023, delivering both online and face-to-face workshops. Adrian also worked with Premier Education Group UK as a Tutor from July 2016 to May 2021, focusing on sports, fitness, and healthy lifestyle qualifications. Additionally, Adrian has held multiple roles as a self-employed tutor, assessor, coach, and mentor for The FA and Premier Education Group from July 2013 to May 2021. From July 2014 to July 2020, Adrian supported charter standard clubs as a Support Mentor for the FA, aiding in the development of coaching and qualifications. Prior experience includes working as a Weight Management Practitioner with Livewell Suffolk from March 2014 to March 2016. Adrian holds a degree in Performance Football Coaching from St Mary’s University, Twickenham, completed in June 2022.
