Alan Wagner

Alan Wagner is an experienced coach developer currently working with The Football Association since May 2022, where responsibilities include delivering the UEFA C licence to grassroots coaches in the East of England. Alan serves as the Lead Foundation Phase Coach at Lowestoft Town Football Club, focusing on under 9 players, and has been the Head of Curriculum and Quality for Automotive, Welding, and Fabrication at East Coast College since April 2015. Previously, Alan held roles at Ipswich Town FC as an Interim Foundation Phase Goalkeeping Coach and a Player Development Coach, and served at Lowestoft College as the Section Manager and Lecturer. Early career experience includes Aftersales Management at M.R. King & Sons Ltd and starting as an Apprentice at the same company. Education includes studies at Suffolk New College and Bungay High School.
