Alex Thomas is an experienced data professional currently serving as a Data Architect and Data Scientist at The Football Association since September 2017. Prior to this role, Alex was the Lead Data Scientist and a member of the performance analysis team at Swansea City Football Club from August 2013 to August 2017, focusing on technology adoption and feedback improvements. Alex has also gained experience as an Analytics Consultant at Fnatic and as a Graduate Research Assistant specializing in data visualization at Swansea University.
