Andy Gray

Andy Gray is the Head of Grounds & Estates at The Football Association since September 2020. Previously, Andy spent over 22 years at Southampton Football Club, where roles included Head of Grounds managing a team of up to 15 across multiple sites, Head Groundsman at St Mary’s Stadium, and Assistant Grounds Person. Additionally, Andy served as Head Groundsman for AFC Bournemouth from July 2005 to December 2007 while employed by Southampton Football Club, overseeing pitch maintenance as part of a contractual agreement. Andy's educational background includes studies at Sparsholt College Hampshire from 1997 to 2000 and Test Valley School, Stockbridge, from 1992 to 1997.
