Andy Livingstone

Andy Livingstone currently serves as the Head of North England Academy Recruitment at Norwich City Football Club since June 2023. With extensive experience in football recruitment and coaching, Andy has held positions as Head of Academy Recruitment at both Fleetwood Town Football Club and Preston North End FC, where responsibilities included the recruitment and coaching of elite players from under-9 to under-18 age groups. Additionally, Andy has contributed to the football community as a Tutor for the Football Association, focusing on safeguarding and talent identification. Prior experience includes a significant tenure as a Detective Sergeant with Lancashire Constabulary, specializing in major investigations and public protection, along with coaching roles at Morecambe Football Club.
