Ben Schofield

Ben Schofield is an experienced sports coach and referee currently serving as the Assistant Coach for Loughborough Foxes Vixens and a BUCS Head Coach at Loughborough Sport since August 2024. Ben also holds the position of Volunteer Cricket Coach at Torrisholme Cricket Club, where coaching involves various teams aged 11-16 and offering individual sessions. As an FA Level 4 Referee affiliated with The Football Association since January 2018, Ben officiates in Supply League Football and major competitions. Previous roles include Sports Graduate Coach at Lancaster Royal Grammar School and Head Coach of Loughborough Women's 4s Football and Assistant Coach for Loughborough Men's 6s Football at Loughborough Sport. Ben also contributed as an Assistant Coach for Loughborough Women’s 1s Cricket, participating in BUCS competitions. Ben is pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Sports Science, Coaching, and Physical Education at Loughborough University, expected to complete in 2024.
