Brian Stuart

Brian Stuart currently serves as Legal Counsel at SPORTFIVE and is also a Panel Member on The Football Association's National Serious Case Panel, which addresses serious misconduct in English youth and amateur football. Previously, Brian held the position of Legal and Business Affairs Manager for factual documentaries at BBC Studios and completed a trainee solicitor role at BBC, gaining experience in various legal departments, including dispute resolution and intellectual property. Additional experience includes roles at Fieldfisher, BNP Paribas as a paralegal, and internships at Hayes Solicitors. Brian holds multiple degrees, including an MSc in Business and Law, an LPC, an LLM in Intellectual Property, and an LLB in Scots and English Law, with education culminating at The High School of Glasgow.
