Caley Parnell

Caley Parnell is an experienced professional in strategic program management and evaluation within the sports sector. Currently serving as Strategic Programmes Manager and Monitoring & Evaluation Lead at The Football Association since October 2016, Caley has a proven track record in developing and managing data collection systems to monitor organizational performance against key indicators. Previous roles include Knowledge & Evaluation Team Manager and Data and Performance Officer at Youth Sport Trust, where Caley focused on effective data analysis and reporting. Additional experience encompasses mentoring elite student athletes at Loughborough University, providing academic support for students with disabilities at The Open University, and working in administrative roles at Bath NHS Healthcare Centre.
