Carolyn Round

Carolyn Round is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across prominent organizations. Currently serving as the Head of People at Wembley Stadium for The Football Association since August 2018, Carolyn also holds the position of Head of HR Transformation at RSA since October 2016, where responsibilities include managing HR transformation projects for UK and international businesses. Carolyn's previous roles at AXA UK included Head of HR Corporate Centre, where a major cultural change program was driven, and Senior HR Business Partner at AXA PPP International, overseeing a team of HR Business Partners. Earlier career highlights include positions at Tarmac, Lloyds TSB, and various earlier HR roles, culminating in a solid foundation with a BA Hons in Human Resource Management from the University of Wolverhampton.
