Chris Berry serves as the Player/Coach Development Lead for the Female Pathway at Reading FC Community Trust, overseeing talent identification and player development in the Female Talent Pathway since February 2016. In addition to this role, Chris manages various funded programs, including the Premier League Primary Stars, while also mentoring female coaches as an FA Coach Mentor. As the Founder of Progressive Football Development, Chris supports clubs and coaches with tailored curriculums and personalized mentoring. Further contributions include serving as Club Secretary for Harchester Hawks FC and developing coaching frameworks at Reading Football Club. Chris holds a 2:1 (Honours) degree in Sports Coaching from the University of Gloucestershire.
