Claire Paye

Claire Paye is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in marketing communications and leadership across various sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Marketing Communications at Frazer Hall Corporate Finance since March 2016, Claire specializes in facilitating business exits, sales, mergers, and acquisitions. Claire holds a significant role as a Director at The Mwezi Foundation, dedicated to providing solar light libraries to schools in Kenya. Additionally, Claire is involved in grassroots football as a level 6 referee with The Football Association since January 2022. Previously, Claire has held notable positions including Vice Chair and Media Spokesperson at Mothers at Home Matter, Head of World Trade at the London Chamber of Commerce, and various roles in the banking and tourism sectors. Claire earned a degree in Modern Languages from the University of Oxford and completed the Barclays Bank Management Development Programme.
