Clare Daniels

Clare Daniels is a highly experienced professional in football development, currently serving as the Senior National Development Manager for Innovations & Solutions at The Football Association since July 2007. With a strategic focus on growth, retention, and workforce development, Clare has conceptualized and led innovative program interventions to enhance participation pathways in football. Previous roles include National Innovation Manager and Women's National Development Manager, where Clare successfully implemented workforce strategies and educational programs to promote participation among women and girls. As a UEFA Grassroots Expert, Clare contributes to program training design and workshop facilitation across Europe. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Sports Development and Coaching Sciences, a Master of Arts in Early Years Education, and ongoing doctoral studies in Sport and Education.
