Danny Laws has extensive experience in sports education and football management, currently serving as the Academy Director at AFC Sudbury Limited since 2014, where an academy for over 100 male and female players has been established. Concurrently, Danny has been a Coach Developer for The Football Association since 2008, recognized for delivering effective coaching programs in response to evolving training standards. Previous roles include PE Teacher at Alde Valley Academy, Football Manager at Leiston and Needham Market Football Clubs, and Head of Education & Welfare at Norwich City Football Club, where significant initiatives such as youth academies and educational programs were implemented. Danny's foundational career began as a Sport Academy Manager at West Suffolk College, playing a key role in developing one of the early national football academies. Danny holds a PGCE in Physical Education and a BSc in Sport & Exercise Science.
